The Edgewater Group was founded by Mark Dinowitz, who has worked in the I.T. recruiting field since 1983. Mark began his career with a respected Manhattan-based search firm in 1983. In 1987, Mark joined J.P. Morgan & Co., Inc. Mark spent the next 7 years with JPMorgan, where he was responsible for Corporate Technology staffing, managing the firm’s I.T. campus recruiting program, and supporting various systems development groups as an HR Generalist. Mark then joined Merrill Lynch in 1994, where he was the Recruiting Manager for Merrill Lynch Asset Management in Princeton, NJ.
In 1997, Mark formed The Edgewater Group dedicated to servicing Information Technology professionals with a commitment to the integrity and professionalism that Mark was taught to provide during his corporate HR career.
Mark received his B.A. degree from SUNY Stony Brook.
